AGT Jonathan Goodwin Accident – Creation has stopped on a side project series of America’s Got Talent after a double candidate was hospitalized because of an on-set mishap. TMZ reports that during practice for his follow-up on America’s Got Talent: Extreme, slick person entertainer Jonathan Goodwin was sandwiched between two swinging vehicles that detonated upon sway, making Goodwin be transported into a medical procedure at an injury emergency clinic.
As indicated by sources onset of the creation,
“Goodwin was suspended 70 feet in the air in a straitjacket hanging by his feet from a wire. Two cars were suspended on either side of him … swinging back-and-forth.”
The trick required Goodwin to free himself and securely land on an inflatable cushion before the vehicles hit him, however, the vehicles had an effect and detonated, sending Goodwin tumbling to the ground, as per creation sources.
An America’s Got Talent representative told Deadline
“He was responsive and was immediately taken to the hospital, where he is continuing to receive medical care. Our thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family as we await further updates on his condition”
The series fixated on adrenaline junkie stunts is scheduled to debut middle of the season on NBC and is facilitated by Terry Crews with passes judgment on Nikki Bella, Travis Pastrana, and Simon Cowell. Goodwin had recently played out an intricate break stunt on America’s Got Talent in 2020, in which he needed to escape from a contraption prior to being overwhelmed on fire.
