Cassidy Rainwater Missing – Two men in Missouri are blamed for keeping a missing lady secured an enclosure in a condition of halfway nakedness, as per court records got by nearby media.
Police charged James Phelps, 58, and Timothy Norton, 56, with grabbing 33-year-old Cassidy Rainwater, who was accounted for missing on 25 August after not being seen or heard from for a very long time.
Mr. Phelps supposedly let specialists know that Ms. Rainwater remained with him at his home in rustic Missouri, close to the city of Lebanon, until she could financially recover, before abruptly leaving in the evening.
Police have not said whether Ms. Rainwater is as yet alive.
As per investigators, a mysterious insider had announced the photographs’ presence to a FBI specialist in Kansas City on 16 September, driving them to look through Mr. Phelps’ telephone and meeting Mr. Norton, a driver.
