Jet Set Horse Olympics Cross Country Video – A pony contending with Swiss rider Robin Godel at the Tokyo Olympics was put down on Sunday in the wake of seeming faltering at a fence in the cross-country course the day preceding the awards function for equestrian event.
The race was halted and different riders, who were dashing at velocities of around 34 kph on the 4.4-km hindrance course, were stopped so the 14-year-old gelding called Jet Set could be taken from the scene.
“The pony got prompt veterinary consideration at the fence and, after an underlying appraisal, was moved by horse emergency vehicle to the on location Veterinary Clinic,” the equestrian league FEI said in an articulation.
“Tragically, ultrasound filters uncovered a hopeless tendon crack in the lower right appendage, simply over the foot, and on empathetic grounds and with the arrangement of the proprietors and competitor, the choice was taken to take care of the pony.”

FEI added that examples had been taken from the pony and an after death would happen, in accordance with its standards.
Godel, 23, was contending at his first Olympic Games.
In an articulation on Instagram, Godel said that Jet Set “passed while doing what he adored most: dashing and hopping snags.” The rider added that he would avoid web-based media for now.
