Brian Coulter Instagram – Coulter, 31, and the children’s mother Gloria Williams, 35, were captured on Tuesday at a public library where they were supposedly investigating news stories about themselves.
The specific date of the youth’s passing remaining parts is obscure.
The adolescent had been focusing on his two different kin, seven and 10, at the Houston level and gathered food from neighbors.
In one clasp from February 15, the 31-year-old is seen having his fancy meal.

Williams and Coulter were tested by Harris County cops before being delivered on Monday.
Coulter was accused of homicide regarding the kid’s passing while Williams has been accused of injury to a youngster by exclusion, inability to give clinical consideration, and inability to give sufficient management.
Cops said Williams and her beau lived in a different condo around 15 miles away. It’s not satisfactory when the pair began dating.
The three kin were taken to a medical clinic where they were evaluated and treated.
Neighbors let ABC13 know that the 15-year-old kid would come to them for food.
One occupant, Erica Chapman, said the youngster would not acknowledge prepared suppers – just bundled bites, natural product, and pizza.
Another neighbor, Trevor Thompson, likewise said he gave the adolescent food.
The examination proceeds and cops say various organizations will be involved as the case includes youths.
